The owners of the Cromartyshire, which collided with and was sunk by the French liner La Bourgogne off the coast of Nova Scotia in July last, have obtained damages against the owners of the La Bourgogne. It was alleged that the latter vessel was travelling at an excessive rate of speed at the time of the disaster.
