A " CONCATENATION OF CIRCUMSTANCES."

SlB, — Someone musbhave been " having " Mr F. W, Howletb or Mr Howlett has been " having" the Bulletin, if one may judge from tbe extract published in the Btclletin and quoted by yon this morning. 1 have read the " Temperance Lnpson Book," by Dr. B. W. Kichardson, F.K.S., more than once, but I do not remember to hava seen any of tbe errora such ns are stated to be in the book. I should Imagine the critic must bave been in that happy condition 1—" that complete concatenation of circumstances " when he wrote his criticism, and the Bulletin must nob have been far behind when it published each silly nonsense abaub so able a writer.— l am, &c, H.H, June 13, 1895.
