PROCLAMATION. By John Daaies Ohmond, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Jlawke's Bay, in the Islands of New Zealand. PURSUANT to a Proclamation dated the 21st day of January, 1868, I, John Davies Orjiond, (Superintendent of the Province of Hawke's Bay, do hereby proclaim and notify that the land comprised in the schedule hereunto annexed, will be offered to be leased by public auction for a term of 14 years, at the Crown Lands Office, in Napier, on Thursday, the 21st day of April next, at noon, in the lot set forth in tho schedule hereunto annexed ; and that the person who shall bid the highest for such lot shall become the lessee of the same. And I further notify that the sum of money set against such lot shall represent the lowest rent which will be accepted for such lot.
