I JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke's Bay, Do , hereby Proclaim and Notify that at 12 o'clock at Noon on WEDNESDAY, the 27th of April, 1870, in the Crown Land Office at Napier, the Commissioner of Crown Lands will offer to public competition, under the provisions of the Land Regulations now in force in this Province, Suburban Sections, Whare-o-maraenui Block, that are referred to in the Schedules hereunto annexed, and at the upset prices mentioned therein.
