The Bishop of Waiapu will, on Sunday next, conduct service as follows:-—Have-lock at 11 a.m., and Clive at 3 p.m. Lecture. — We remind our readers of the lecture to be delivered this evening in the Athenajum. • Building Society No. 1. — This society being near its close, a meeting has been convened for Tuesday next, for the purpose of taking steps to inaugurate No. 2. Napier Art Union. — It will be seen that Mr. Gowing announces a Napier Art Union, the principal prizes in which will be paintings from sketches taken in this province by C. D. Barraud Esq. Some of Tareha's people are going to Tangoio to fish, and also to take seed potatoes for Mr. Morris. Tareha wishes the fact to be mentioned, lest his people might be mistaken for Hau Haus, and injurious reports get into circulation,
