International wdieat speculators are short by between 25,000,000 and 35,000,000 bushels on tho Winnipeg exchange. The 'Prime Minister of Canada, Air R,. B. Bennett, informed! Parliament that lie had declared the Government would never consent to dumping and the forcing down of prices so speculators could make money at the expense of the Canadian farmer.
