HAWERA MAIN SCHOOL BAND
ALADDIN PANTOMIME DONATION COMMITTEE VOICES APPRECIATION. At the last meeting of the HaAvera Main School Band! Committee appreciative reference Avas made of the generous action of the Aladdin pantomime company in allocating part of the proceeds. of the recent benefit performance to the funds of the committee for musical instruction in the school. Members present Avere Messrs T. J. Hurrell (chairman), J. W. Thomas (headmaster), H. C. A. Fox (instructor), Mr and Mrs WestAvood, Mrs E. M. Lendrum (secretary), and Mr Iv. Milne (treasurer). Sympathy Avas expressed with Mr J. Smith in his recent accident and the hope expressed for his speedy recovery.
