ABNORMAL BREAKAGES
RUSSIAN INDUSTRY LOSSES. GROSS OUTPUT MAINTAINED. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright). LONDON, April 22. Abnormal breakages and faulty construction in heavy industries in Russia continue, though the gross output is maintained, .says the “Daily Telegraph’s” Moscow correspondent. The official organ of the Commissariat of Heavy Industry accuses the Red directors of factories of dreaming of whitetiled floors while neglecting rags for wiping machinery.
