NO OUTS IN GRANTS R.FJPLY BY MINISTER (Britisti Official Wireless.) ' RUGBY, April 26. Tryon, Pensions Minister, said it would be generally agreed that, no grounds existed for any suggestion that pensions had been ungenerous.
