OMISSION OF IMPRINT
FINE AT WELLINGTON. PUBLICATION OF PAMPHLET, (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Sept. 29.., The minimum penalty of £5 was unloosed on the “New Zealand Worker’’ Printing and Publishing Company by Mr E. Page, S.M., for omitting to print the name and registered office on a. pamphlet. A similar charge against L. T. Watkins, Ltd., is to be the subject of a reserved decision. It was explained for “The Worker” that the company printed 000 pamphlets for the Seamen’s Union and the foreman did not think the imprint necessary because he understood the pamphlets were for distribution only to members of the union. The other case has reference to pamphlets for the Associated Banks.
