KEEPER OF GAMING HOUSE
FINE OF £IOO REPEATED. SURRENDER TO’ CITY POLICE. (By Telegraph Association.} AUCKLAND, Feb. 1. As a sequel to the gaming house a-aid and fines imposed yesterday, Henry Clifton Sallery surrendered himself this morning and later appeared in the Police Court pleading guilty to st charge of keeping premises in the city as a common gaming house. The police said Sallcrv was fined £100"last August and also was paying £2lO as the total fines imposed on the three persons yesterday. “I don’t think I’ll he able to fine you again,” said Mr. F. K. Hunt, SAT ‘‘However this . time I will fine you £100.”
