The Auckland senior swimming championships were decided this evening. three New Zealand records being broken and another equalled. Miss M. Farquhar won the 100 yards for women in Imin. 4 4-ssec, clipping one-fifth of a second off Miss Ena. Shockley's record. Miss J. Webster won the 220 yards women’s breaststroke in 3min 27 3-5 sec, which was 7 4-ssec faster than bliss P. Pidgeon’s record. Miss M. Leydon Avon the quartermile for Avomen in smin 59 3-ssec, Avhich bettered Miss K. Miller’s record by 6 4-ssec. "S. R. Thomas Avon the 109 yards men’s championship in 55 4-ssee, equalling I. W. Cameron’s record. The following team has been selected to represent Auckland in the Dominion championships: Thomas and Frankham, and Misses Leydon, Farquhar, Webster and Lew in.
