TIM ARC SUPREME COURT. SENTENCE OF TWO MEN. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) TIMARU, Feb. 1. . The Supreme Court opened this morning, Mr. Justice Kennedy presiding. His Honour m his charge to the grand jury said he was pleased to say that only one ease was to come up for consideration and two persons for sentence „ . Henry'Williams and William Charles JBinns were placed on probation foi three years on a charge of breaking and entering and the theft of £4 10s at Timaru on December 31.
