Arrested at Wellington on a. charge •of having on October 30, broken and entered the shop of the Premier Drapery Co Palmerston North, and stolen goods valued at £l3O, Barney Vincent Reardon appeared before. Justices ot the Peace in the Police Court to-day. After the hearing of evidence accused* pleaded not guilty and was committed to the Supreme Court for trial, bail being refused. A detective stated that a large quantity cf goods remained undiscovered and lie objected to bail.
