Motor traffic 'was unusually heavy at Okaiawa last Friday on the occasion of the funeral of Mr Andrew Lees. Mr J. McKee, the South Taranaki Automobile Association’s Service Officer, who was on duty at the intersection of the Ahipaipa and Kormanby Loads, supervised the traffic. Mr McKee stated that about 120 cars •were in the township at the time of Mr Lees’ funeral.
