Sensations occurred at the rodeo carnival jubilee at the Oval yesterday in honour of the 75th birthday of tiro cattle king, Sir Sidney Iviclman-. Fortyfive thousand were present and hundreds were unable to gain admission. Scores of persons fainted before the show began-. Many climbed on roofs and one man fell through a skylight fit feet and fractured- his skull. The police were powerless to control it he surging crowd. Several fright-maddened buckjump--ers from the cattle country plunged among the spectators. There were over 100 minor casualties and 30 were seriously hurt.
