COURSING AT WHENUAKURA
SEMI-FINAL RESULT. The Patea-Hawera Coursing Club continued its meeting at Whenuakura to-day in fine, but dull and cold weather. Th© dogs were running well, and keen interest was shown by a large number of visitors. Further results were: Silver Hope heat Golden Sovereign : Mon Desir beat Kaha.ron; Sporting Pal beat Hamilton Moth. All Gay a bye. Semi-Final.—Mon Desir heat Silver Hope ; Sporting Pal beat All Gay; (the two winners are owned by the .same entrant). •jverm-Final, V.C.
