ASSAULT ON STOREKEEPER
MANAWATU CONVICTION. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) PALMERSTON N., July 28. In the Supreme Court to-day Charles Frederick Ammon, aged 47, who was found guilty of causing actual bodily harm to William Whyte, storekeeper at Terrace End, was ordered by Mr. .Justice Ostler, in view of the prisoner’s health, to come up for sentence when called upon.
