POSSIBLE RECONSIDERATION. OUTLOOK FOR THE AUTUMN. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) LONDON, -May 23. The House of Commons reassembles to-may to consider the Finance 1 Bill in committee, says the "Daily Telegraph,” let there is a growing belief that the cutlook will have to be reconsidered in the autumn, when fresh economies and taxation may prove necessary. Acccudlngly the Government aims at proroguing Parliament early in July to enable the exodus of Ministers to the Ottawa conference 1 . The new session will begin in October.
