The death occurred in a. private hospital at Palmerston North yesterday of a well-known resident of Napier, Air Alalcolm Valentine Treston, from pleurisy, which was contracted when he was travelling from Blenheim to Napier after the earthquake to rejoin liis family. The late Afr Treston was known throughout New Zealand in snorting circles, mainly boxing and howling. He is survived by a widow, four daughters and two sons.
