DUTY TO SECURE IMPROVEMENT VIEWS OF BRITISH LABOUR LEADER, (United Pres 3 Association —By Electric Telegraph Copyright.! RUGBY, Feb. 3. Addressing the Parliamentary Labour Party to-day the Prime Minister, Mr Ramsay MacDonald, said the Government had decided that its duty was to continue to do its best to secure tin improvement in the economic situation and not to throw the country into the confusion of a general election unless the circumstances compelled. Regarding unemployment, Mr MacDonald declared that the aim of the Government was the reconditioning of industry.
