WIN FOE, MANAWATU. G ALLICHAN’S FINE BOWLING. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) MASTERTON, Nov. 30. Poor scoring marked the conclusion of the Wairaraua v. Manawatu Hawke Cup elimination match, Manawatu winning by 24 runs. Wairarapa’is first effort yielded 140 runs, three more than Manawatu, who were dismissed in the second strike for 87. Wairarapa even did worse, being dismissed for 60, Galliclian, who took six for 53 in the first innings, accounting for another six wickets at a cost of 26 runs. Details of the scores: WAIRARAPA.
