Threats Ix> take away the charters >f banks which refused to acc-ommo>-date Labour were made by Mr. J. I’. Lang at a Paramatta meeting. The power which gave the banks a permit to trade had the- right to take that permit away, and if the banks were going to put their loot -on the necks of the- workers, 'lie would see vliaf could lie l done.
