ARREST AT NEW PLYMOUTH
CHARGE OF MANSLAUGHTER?
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, Sept. 11. An Indian' herbalist, who previously lived at Auckland and for some time has been at New Plymouth, was arrested to-day. It 'is understood -he will inippear in court to-morrow on a charge of manslaughter.
