(By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, July 29. - The New Zealand Rugby Union management committee has sent a lo ter to Mr Baxter, manager of the British team, dissociating itself ftom the remarks of Mr McKenzie at the Test match dimmer at Auckland.
