The criminal session of the Supreme Court opened this morning, true bills were returned in the cases ot Henrv Lawson Brown, alleged sheep stealing, two charges; Harinm Malian, aliened unlawful canal know 1 ledge; Keith Frank Turner, alleged assault causing actual bodily harm. In the case of Mahan a plea, of guilty was entered and sentence was defened till Friday.
