INTOXICATED MOTORIST
GAOL FOR THIRD OFFENCE (Bv Telegraph—Press Association.) ELTHAM, July 29. At the Magistrate’s Court this morning Francis Kemp, a labourer, of Te Popo, near Stratford, who was previously convicted in 1925 and in 1926 of being drunk while in charge or a motor vehicle, on the latter occasion his license being cancelled for three years was convicted on a third offence bv Mr. R. V . Tate, S.M-, and sentenced to 14 days’ imprisonment and disqualified from bolding, a. lice ns; for two years.
