At the Supreme Court, Albert Edward Wal ;ker, tor negligently driving a motor-ear and causing the death of Alexander Joss, was sentenced' to three months hard labour. Frederick Sowman, on two charges cl' jsheep stealing, was sentenced to six months’’ hard labour on each charge, .sentence to bo concurrent.
