The semi-finals in the Southern Hawke’s Bay golf championship were played this morning in brilliant sunshine, and resulted: H. A. Black heat F. Fiyer, 4 and 2; Kapi Tareha beat N. P. Green. 6 and 4.
In the Dannevirke Handicap semifinals, A. S. Macgregor heat A. Sklanders, 1 up; V. G. Martin beat M. Mackie, 4 and 3.
HAWERA LADIES’ CLUB. The draw for the championships are given below. The first round to lie played by 28th August. SENIOR. First round. Miss Robertson, a bye; Miss D. Hawken v.
