GENEVA, June 16
Hie Hon. O'. F. Nelson, of Samoa, accompanied by his ’lawyer and a Press agent, and secretary, is having a lean tune. People who have met him say he has no fixed ideas of what he is going to do.
Mr Nelson is simply here watching events with a. view to (learning the attitude of members of the Mandates Commission individually and collectively. It would appear that Mr Nelson’s visit to Geneva has been a waste of time and money.
