MATCHES CANCELLED. WANGANUI AND BUSH UNION'S. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) THIRDS. The Opunake High School defeated the Opunake third grade team in a hard-fought match on Wednesday afternoon by the narrow margin of nine to eight. For the winners, tries were scored hv Wool ford (2) and Dudley, and for the losers by Barra dough and Wilson. Harvey converted one try for Opunake. Mr. K. Riley refereed. The points for the competition are at present: High School, Opunake and Ononni, two each.
