After tearing evidence last night in connection with the alleged fouling incident involving the Betty 'and the Usher Chip aspirants, Mr. Cyrus Williams- .stated that he was unable to give a decision. “A« the evidence of the two parties is diametrically opposed, *' he «aid, “I can give no decision.’’ No action will be taken.
