THREE CHILDREN DROWNED.

Three children, Wilford Mumford, aged seven, William Mearns, aged ten, and Dorothy Mearns,' aged six, who were playing on the- hanks of the Yarra at Studley Park, were missed, and their bodies were afterwards found in the river. The father of the Mearns children spent several hours diving, and when almost exhausted he discovered the body of his daughter.
