CONTROL OF EXPORTS. . BV CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. BERLIN, Jan. 21. An agreement ha,s been concluded between the Government -and the inteiAlLied Commission of Control regarding the export of manufactured war material, laying down what armaments Germany may or may not export. The only disarmament question remaining to- be settled concerns the fo-rt-resses on the Eastern frontier.
