There was a large attendance. The track was in good order. The results were as follows: — NOVICE HANDICAP. For the Te Aroha Trotting Club’s annual meeting the weather is fine and there is a large atcndance. The course is in good order. Results: — ELSTORIO HANDICAP (Harness). Of 75 sovs; one and a half miles. 3 Sean Triubhais (Wood) 1 1 Roez (Rowe) 2 2 Lenorma (Bißington) 3 Scratched: Lochade. - Ada Wood finished third, but was distanced for galloping near the finish, and Lenorma was placed third. Clifton, the driver o.f Ada Wood, was cautioned. Won by a length, a neck between second and third. Time, 3.51 3-5. WAITOA HANDICAP (Harness). Of 100 sovs; one mile and a half. 5 Horizon (Robertson) 1 1 Bell Dial (Williams) 2 6 Maid of the Mountains (Gee) 3 Scratched: Taipare, Harris.
