COLOUR DISCRIMINATION. NEGROES PROTEST. RV CABLE—PRESS -ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. WASHINGTON, May 6. The delegates attending the quinquennial convention of the International Council of Women came face to face with a typically American problem while assembled to hear a programme of American music. When a representative of the negroes announced this decision because of discrimination against their race, all the negroes left the auditorium.
