HAWERA TROTTING CLUB.
NOMINATIONS CLOSE FRIDAY. Nominations for all event?, both days, of the Hawera Trotting Club's annual race meeting close oil Friday next at 8 p.m. The meeting takes place on Easter Saturday and Monday, and there is every indication that this meeting will be far and away the finest trotting meeting yet held in Taranaki. The club’s policy hais been to offer generous stakes, and now that, for the first time, two days’ racing is possible the meeting has been made more than ever attractive to horse owners. Already nominations are coming ini freely from rlsitricts extending from Auckland in the. north, to Canterbury in the south.
