The Daily Chronicle says that Mr. Ramsay MacDonald is shortly going on a trip to South America to recuperate after his strenuous year in office.. The Prime Minister (the Rt. Hon. W. F. Massey) writes to the secretary of the,Egmont A. and P. Association (Mr. Crighton) regretting exceedingly that owing to his present indisposition it will not be‘ possible for him to officially open the association’s show. Mr. Massey adds: “In the circumstances I must ask your committee to accept my sincere apologies for inability to be present, and I take this opportunity of extending my best wishes for a yery successful fixture.”
