423 MILLION ROMAN CATHOLICS
LONDON, October 4
The Vatican City correspondent of the United Press says that there are now 423,000,000 Roman Catholics in (he world —an increase of 119,000,000 in the last 20 years. The Vatican radio, announcing this, added that the number of Roman Catholics in Africa had trebled in that period, and that there had been great increases in Asia, India, and South America.
