Council of Europe Being Formed
LONDON, May 1. Tim Foreign Ministers of 10-Euro-pean countries will arrive in London during the next 24 hours for their meeting at St. James Palace on Tuesday to complete the structure of the •Council of Europe. The council will consist of a committee of the Ministers and the Consultative Assembly and will meet for the first time at Strasbourg!! in August. , ~ The countries represented at the conference will be Britain, F’rancc Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxemburg, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Italy and Eire. _____
