BRUSSELS, February 15
The second time was unlucky for Maurice Abras, who was run over by a tram in Brussels. Suffering from a bad head wound he was carried into a nearby building for first aid. Bystanders were still discussing his accident, when Abras walked out on to the street under his own power and was quickly run over by a second tram. This time he was killed.
