(Rec. 11.20) LONDON, April 27. Reuter’s correspondent at Prague says: The Czechoslovak Prime Minister, M. Gottwald, and the Bulgarian Prime Minister, M. Dimitrov, have signed a treaty of alliance, friendship and mutual assistance between their countries.
