SOUTH AFRICANS COMING TO N.Z.

The South African soccer team now in Australia will definitely visit New Zealand next month to play eight or nine matches. A cablegram offering a tour of four and a-half weeks was received yesterday by the N.Z.F’.A. which announced to-day that some details had yet to be fixed but the tourists would arrive in /Auckland on June IS. The first match would be played there on June 21. The tentative further programme provides for three tests, one each in Auckland and Wellington and the other in the South Island .with probably a match against the New Zealand eleven in the South Island. June 28—v. New Zealand XI, at Christchurch. July 2—v. Otago, at Dunedin. July s—First Test at Dunedin. July 9—v. Canterbury, at Christchurch. July 12—Second Test, at Wellington. July 19—Third Test, at Auckland. The South African team may visit Rotorua between the second and third Tests.
