Day Curfew to Check Calcutta Riots
(Rec. 9.45). CALCUTTA, May 20. Police fired twice yesterday on rioters in Calcutta, where five were killed, and thirty were injured in communal disturbances.
A day time curfew has been imposed on two of five districts in Calcutta which still are subject to a night curfew.
