, [Our Own Correspondent.! Mr S. Shore has left on a visit to Wellington. Mr W. Harris is visiting Christchurch. Mfr J. Carr, who is a patient at the Reefton Hospital, is making steady progress. Mr and Mrs T. McGuinness, Greymouth, were week-end visitors to the township. Mr and Mrs Pat McGuinness are visiting Christchurch. Mr C. Mosley has returned from a visit to Christchurch. Miss Betty White is visiting Wellington. Mr P. Kirwan of the local Post Office is spending leave in the North . Island. Mr Lloyd Jones, who has been a patient at the Reef ton Hospital has returned to Waiuta. Mrs Le Compte has returned from a holiday visit to Christchurch. Mr and Mrs G. Ward, Mesdames F. Rose, P. Connors, J. Ward, and Mr J. Young have returned from Christchurch after attending The Hallet-De Lory wedding. Miss Ethel Reid, of Auckland, is visiting Mrs A. Stephens. Mr and Mrs Moriarty, who were recently married, were tendered a gift evening in the Institute Hall last Saturday and received many useful gifts, including several cheques, The evening was spent in musical items, dancing and games.
