Mr Duncan Campbell is visiting his parents in Taylorville. Mrs J. Todd and Mrs W. Richardson are visiting Christchurch. Mrs J. Martin and family have left for Christchurch. A welcome home social was tendered to Pie. A. Gutberlet in the Wallsend Hall on Thursday evening, and was better attended than any of these functions have been for some time. The Mayoress (Mrs W. Gutberlet) made the usual presentat’on. Musical items were rendered by Mrs Ramsay and the Bell sisters, while Miss M. Watson supplied music for the dancing.
