A very interesting address was given in the Miner's’ Hall on Monday afternoon by Mr. A. J. Campbell. Mrs. Oakley (President of the Co-op-erative Women’s Guild) presided. The subject was “The Legal Status of Women.” A discussion followed the address, questions being answered by Mr. Campbell. A vote of thanks was given to the lecturer..
