REPORTED TO BE LOST. NEW YORK, November 20. The Rome radio, quoting “Il Messagero,” states that the 500,000,000 dollars in gold belonging to the French Government has mysteriously disappeared from Fort de France, Martinique, despite the American warships’ constant patrol.
