NEW MACHINERY AND BUILDING P.A. WELLINGTON, July 20. Meat canning for export is likely to be a substantial factor in opet actions for the coming, season. The necessity for the development of canning has been stressed and the Minister of Agriculture (Hon. J G. Barclay) was asked to-day what progress had been made - .
