CUT IN EXPORTS
For Australia LOSS OF EUROPEAN MARKETS. BRISBANE, August 4. Th e Federal Minister of Commerce, Mr Cameron, strongly hinted that because of the. closure of the European markets and the inability of Britain to provide any greater storage, ther e may be restrictions imposed on the exports of several primary pro* ducts, including firstly, meat, worn, wine, and canned fruit.
Negotiations, he said, are proceeding for increasing the sales to the United States and to Japan.
